He was curious about that era, but the older<br \/>\n\tgeneration was unwilling to talk. (Considering the shame of Anschluss<br \/>\n\tfollowed by ten years of Soviet annexation, could anyone blame them? As<br \/>\n\tGrenzfurthner himself put it, &#8220;We Austrians are known for two things:<br \/>\n\tClassical music and mass murder.&#8221;) Leave the past behind, they said. No<br \/>\n\tone wants to remember Soviet Unterzoegersdorf.<\/p>\n<p>\tGrenzfurthner,<br \/>\n\ticonoclast that he was, would not let the subject go.
