Interchange. Exchange. Classic educational<br \/>\n\tapproaches are always top-down and have a strong feeling of authority.<br \/>\n\tWhat we need is open community labs incorporating elements of where<br \/>\n\tinterested folks can come together to share resources and knowledge to<br \/>\n\tbuild and make things.<\/em>\n\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\tJohannes is a member of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fmonochrom.at&#038;sa=D&#038;sntz=1&#038;usg=AFQjCNH3o5FV4TnQU2F1vET6YOZJWR15QQ\">monochrom<\/a>, an art-tech collective interested in DIY, hacking, art, counter-culture and guerilla communication.\n\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<em>Even<br \/>\n\tart hackers are often helpless against official &#8220;art in public space&#8221;!<br \/>\n\tOh, the horror!
