But let\u2019s stop to consider for a minute \twhether developed countries are something we want the rest of the world \tto turn into. Are peo\u00adple in developed countries happier or healthier? \tDo they live a better life? Do they have a better understanding of \tnature and live in a better equilibrium with the environment? Do they \tlive in peace?\t<\/p>\n<p>\tThis is where the competition starts. I&#8217;m calling artists, designers,\ttinkerers, makers, and thinkers born in and living right now in a \tDeveloping Country (as defined by the IMF) to design solutions for four \tmain First World problems: obesity, low birth rate and aging population,\tintegration of immigrants and consumerism.\t<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduc\u00ading obesity.<\/li>\n<li>Address\u00ading aging pop\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion and low \t\tbirth\u00a0rate.<\/li>\n<li>Reduc\u00ading con\u00adsump\u00adtion rate of mass \t\tpro\u00adduced\u00a0goods.<\/li>\n<li>Inte\u00adgrat\u00ading the immigrant\u00a0population.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\tWe want \tto rec\u00adog\u00adnize the impor\u00adtance of trans\u00adfers and exchanges between \tcul\u00adtures through implicit or explicit dia\u00adlogue that under\u00adlines how \tcul\u00adtures and civ\u00adi\u00adliza\u00adtions are inter\u00adlinked and con\u00adtribute to the \tprogress of humankind. The First World needs our ideas to solve their \tprob\u00adlems.
