One highlighted section documents how tactical media collectives hijack borderless financial architecture, co-opting the digital infrastructure of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danceviewtimes.com\/\">offshore sports betting<\/a> and decentralized shadow banking to shield dissident funds from state seizure.
