I certify that my soul (astral/ethereal body) at the time of sale on _______ at ________ a.m./p.m. is fully in my possession and that my soul (astral/ethereal body) is at said time in no way distrained.

At the time of my death, the soul (ethereal/astral body) will be transmitted directly to and put at the disposal of the Association for the Advancement of Selective Reception Research in View of Futurological Concerns (or a third person having power of disposal as displayed in the current register of the Association for the Advancement of Selective Reception Research in View of Futurological Concerns). The Association (or third person having power of disposal) shall use the soul at its discretion. My heirs or other related persons to me as well as religious communities shall have no power to make any claims regarding my soul (astral/ethereal body).
I accept full responsibility for any damages (also of a spiritual nature) resulting from inaccuracies in the information provided here and agree to compensate any possible court costs arising therefrom. In the case of insolvency, the Association is granted the power to demand burgage (or post-mortem organ donorship in the case of my death).
