He
heads for the ‘People’s Garden’ which was designed in
1978 by architect Andreja Leonov Kapinawa after the ‘New Distribution
of Land Act’ by Winter in 1976. The garden is a place of recreation
as well as the main retreat in case of an invasion (according to the Decree
of February 1990). Through a system of tunnels the garden is connected
with various strategic places as well as with the sugar beet store.
