Secretary Gomulka declares that the water ballet is opened. Some of the
young visitors dance around the fountain; the choreography has a rather
Cossackian touch. They move to the rhythms of the Hymn of the Red Army,
which is interrupted now and again by irradiation from enemy stations
(Eurythmics, Eric Clapton, etc.).
